#BlogTourNYC…The Candid Recap
I'm a woman of few words…I am a listener. But don't get me wrong, I'm also a conversation instigator so that I can listen. I'll inject a few words (some wise, some witty) as needed but often let those around me talk. That all changed during #BlogTourNYC. I don't know what kind of spell Veronika Miller put on me, but by the time we got to our first tour stop, I had an insatiable excitement for all the pending opportunities I was about to experience. I immediately felt comfortable with my fellow bloggers and knew from our first introductory hug that this was going to be an exceptional group of people experiencing something really special together. Veronika and her daughter Florence were geniuses at putting this group of bloggers together! Someone described the week as being like summer camp. We were strangers who became friends in less than a week and when over, it was an emotional time (at least for me…as Veronika can attest to my watery eyes during our last meal together).

I went on a photo-snapping frenzy during the tour with my iPhone and Nikon and wished I had taken a course on photography ahead of time! These pictures are candid, lightly-edited shots which will make my photographer friends cringe, but I promise to inject professional photos provided by our generous sponsors of their beautiful products when I gush about them in other posts.
