New Design Assistant at hd!

My new design assistant started today!  Welcome to hd Samantha!

There's always excitement and a bit of apprehension (if I'm being totally honest) hiring new staff. After all, this business has been my baby since 1996!  My studio has a creative and positive atmosphere, but I still expect all hands on deck from beginning to end of our work day and my employees are hired because they are capable of handling every aspect of the business, not just design. So it takes a special person to work for me. I sorted through piles of resumes and held several interviews to get the right person. It's so important my clients receive superior service; even during the transitional period while hiring and training new staff. Samantha fit the criteria and I'm eager to see what this talented, designer can bring to hd!
